Based here at the monumental core of Washington DC, the James Forrestal Building occupies an unlikely spot within an area of urban development and architecture of a period dating back to the last heyday of nuclear power. It was of note however that this concrete monolith seems to be suffering the first signs of what appears to be concrete cancer.
