An image taken by Kazuhiro Nogi of a 200 ton boat on top of a harbour building in Otsuchi, Iwate Prefecture, northeastern Japan has been blown up as a 20 foot wide banner. With Akemi Maegawa, we will be taking the banner to sites in Washington DC over the next week. This is the first site, outsideof transformer on P Steet during our installation in the gallery.
