On Saturday, 24 March 2012, at approximately 1730 Eastern Daylight Time (2230 GMT), I emptied the contents of one (1) Vial of Tears at or near the base of the cherry tree, pictured, growing in front of the east side of the building at 1715 P Street NW, Washington DC 20005 USA, per instructions provided me at the Office of Experiments with Transformer, several blocks east and several minutes earlier.
